Career Assessments involve various aptitude tests, personality tests, interest tests, IQ tests. These tests are completely objective and the candidates have to choose one answer for each question. These tests provide a 360-degree overview of the candidate’s thought process, logical thinking, aptitude, likes, dislikes, and personality traits. Career assessment tests are conducted by career counsellors to determine the personality and talents of the candidate. It helps the counsellor to get a clear interpretation of their candidate’s profile.
